Later start due to late night! Weather much improved. Went for breakfast to Andrews which was a good old fashioned diner. Then took a subway to 96th st and cut through to Central Park. Walked down via the Meadows recreation park with sports in progress. Walked along the side of the lake and on to the boating pond having an Oreo ice en route. We were entertained by a very cheeky squirrel for about 15 mins and watched some folk feeding him. Then once we came out of the park we hit busy streets. Wandered down 5th Ave and popped into drugstore for essentials. We caught the subway to 34th and came back to hotel. M got soup to take back to the room and K did her hair. We watched caturday which consisted of programmes all about cats! First watched Too Cute about kittens then a cat behaviorist called Jackson Galaxy who looked like a satanist, bald head glasses and heavily tattooed. He performed psychiatric miracles on misbehaving cats! While M slept K went to Macy's and bought Clarins products and then had a facial and was made up too! Looked amazing! Returned to hotel room for Maurice to comment on me looking like Alice Cooper! Went to Irish Times for something to eat and then on to crossroads part two.Seats were fine nearer the stage and high up to the side. Great gig again rounded off with Jeff Beck, a surprise appearance by Keith Richards and a great acoustic set by Allman brothers members. When we got back to the hotel we had one beer in the bar, then saw Quinn again and this time I got M's pic with him. More caturday on tv before sleep.
