Thursday
Roused and K venture out while M dealt with a conference call. K sussed out Penn station and MSG where she saw lots of trucks at the back entrance. Breakfast was had at Lenny's overlooking the trucks.
We asked about start time at MSG, then got our Metro tickets. We went downtown and walked down Avenue of Americas to The World Trade Centre 9/11 memorial garden. Went into a little deli for soup and a drink then walked the length of Wall street to South side seaport. Took pics of Brooklyn bridge. Walked back towards Metro via the square at City Hall and the Woolworth's building. Took Metro to Penn station. Went for a drink at The Flying Puck then back to hotel after K had a short trip to Macy's.
In the evening we went to the Blarney Stone, then Harringtons, then Niles then we went to the Pizza place for a few slices before retiring. Weather on Thursday was dull but warm.
